• Order History: Record of textbooks purchased, edition details, delivery status, and payment records.
• Technical Session Data: Masked IP hash and browser session tokens to prevent fraudulent automated abuse and maintain your shopping cart.

3. How We Use Mobile Phone Numbers

In Bangladesh, Cash on Delivery fulfillment relies on verbal phone confirmations to eliminate fraudulent fake parcels. Your phone number is strictly used for:

• Calling to confirm order delivery details before dispatching parcels from our central warehouse.
• Courier riders contacting you when arriving outside your medical college campus or hospital hostel.
• We never sell, rent, or lease your phone number or contact information to third-party telemarketers or advertisers.

4. PII Masking & Order Tracking Security

Our public order tracking system uses cryptographically secure tokens. Whenever order status is retrieved publicly via tracking tokens, sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (such as recipient full street address and phone digits) is automatically masked (e.g. +88018****9555) to prevent unauthorized eavesdropping.
