1. Overview & Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from Medical Books BD, you agree to comply with these terms. Our service is dedicated to distributing genuine medical, clinical, and academic literature across all districts of Bangladesh.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitment

• Orders placed via Cash on Delivery represent a binding purchase intent.
• Our dispatch team will contact you via phone before parcels leave the warehouse. Unreachable phone numbers after 3 attempts may lead to cancellation of the order reservation.
• Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for receiving the package and providing exact cash payment to the courier rider.

3. Textbook Editions & Authenticity

We supply authentic South Asian reprints and international editions. While we strive to ensure images match current publisher jacket revisions, publishers may occasionally alter jacket artwork between printings without modifying text content. The ISBN and Edition number displayed on the product page represent the authoritative version.

4. Cancellation & Return Policy

• Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel orders free of charge while in "Pending Confirmation" or "Confirmed" state.
• After Dispatch: Refusal of delivery without valid cause (e.g. not answering rider calls) causes financial loss in two-way courier fees. Accounts exhibiting repeated abusive delivery rejections may be blacklisted from Cash on Delivery privileges.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an incorrect textbook or defective copy is delivered, Medical Books BD provides immediate replacement at zero cost to the buyer.
